Registrations are open for an Introduction to Mission Shaped Ministry workshop in ACT. A one-day workshop…a taste-test for Mission Shaped Ministry.
Mission Shaped Ministry introduction days explore these ideas through teaching, story, and reflection and ask how we may all — individually and collectively — understand and equip ourselves to discover and participate in the mission of Jesus Christ where we live and work, for the sake of the world.
The recent census highlights that an increasing number of Australians have little to no experience of traditional expressions of church and are not that interested. However, research also supports the idea that many people are interested in exploring and meaning-making, regarding themselves as perhaps ‘spiritual but not religious’.
To RSVP simply email firstname.lastname@example.org – please include name, phone, contact details
A light lunch will be provided as well as tea/coffee, please advise of any food requirements

What is this workshop a taste-test for?
This one day workshop is a “taste test” for our Mission Shaped Ministry part time course being offered in 2018 by Uniting Mission & Education. The Mission Shaped Ministry course will be run as a short course, split into 5 parts across the calendar year, allowing participants the flexibility of study, without needing to block out a week of study. The course will be held on: Saturday 3 March, Saturday 5 May, Saturday 28 – Sunday 29 July, Saturday 1 September and Saturday 3 November. Come along to this one day workshop and see if Mission Shaped Ministry is an area of interest for you and your study in 2018.
