Civic Leadership Intensive | Autumn | Part 2 of 3

Event Details

Change the way you lead.

In times of complex change…

  • How can we best offer leadership that is effective?
  • How can we grow the capacity of teams and organisations to be agile in the face of change?
  • What might we need to do to survive, and even thrive?

Run over three 2-day gatherings in the Sydney region, the intensive is a multidimensional learning experience involving visits and experiential learning with preparatory readings. It is designed to help participants grow and develop their leadership strengths, and their capacity to help others do likewise. It will help participants understand and navigate the complexity of change, and grow firmer personal foundations and a sense of purpose to stay the journey.

The experience for learners is challenging, involving pre-reading, in-context work between sessions, building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, travelling to various sites for immersion visits, taking an active role in contributing to the learning of others and being open to reflect on their own leadership practice.

UTC Student Note: The six days in March, April and May (Autumn Intensive) can also be credited towards their Master of Ministry as MIN521.
