Lay Pathways Educator
The Lay Pathways Educator will have responsibility for equipping lay leaders and members of the church for active discipleship, ministry and leadership, in collaboration with Presbyteries, UTC and other agencies of the church. This position reports to the Head of Vital Leadership, Uniting Mission and Education, and is a member of a small collaborative Team.

Mission Facilitation Consultant
The role of Mission Facilitation Consultant (three positions) will have responsibility for equipping presbyteries and congregations to develop their current and emerging missional capacity, to support the growth and vitality of the church.

Uniting Mission and Education (UME), as one of four boards of the Synod of NSW and the ACT, has the role of leading and resourcing the Synod in discipleship, mission and leadership in order to serve Christ. UME also assists the Church to provide education, theological insight, strategy, research and resources for leadership, discipleship, ministry and mission. UME manages the operations of United Theological College (UTC), a partner in the Charles Sturt University, School of Theology.
